Men's Golf Struggles on Final Day of Carthage College Tim Kopka Memorial Tourney

WEST DUNDEE, Ill. - The University of Dubuque men's golf sat in third place after day one of the Carthage College Tim Kopka Memorial Tournament with a 302. Saturday was not as kind to the Spartans as they finished with a round of 330 and slipped to 11th place overall.
UD's Jordan Elliott was tied for 2nd overall with a round 0f 70, one under Par at Randall Oaks Golf Club after the opening round, he would shoot an 83 on day two to tie for 17th overall.
The Spartans continue their 2018-19 season at the DIII Midwest Classic on Sept. 14-15 at Eagle Ridge North Course in Galena, Ill.
