Men's Hoops Travels To Daytona Beach Shootout

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – For the second consecutive year, the University of Dubuque men’s basketball team travels to the Daytona Beach Shootout in Daytona Beach, Florida for their holiday tournament. The Spartans will play games on December 18th and 19th.
After nearly pulling off an upset over division one Northern Iowa, the Spartan men travel to Florida for their annual holiday tournament. UD will close out the first day of the shootout at 2:00 p.m. (CT) against Rockford (4-5). The Spartans will play their second of two games in Florida against Marian (2-7) at 4:00 p.m. (CT).
For those traveling to Daytona Beach, admission into the games will be free. Live streaming and live stats will be available for those at home. Live streaming will cost $2 per game, however, the live stats will be free.
