Spartans Back In National Rankings

DUBUQUE, Iowa - For the first time since the second poll of the 2015 season, the University of Dubuque women's soccer team is ranked nationally. The Spartans came in ranked 25th nationally and second in the North Region in the United Soccer Coaches Poll.
The Spartans have begun the 2018 season 5-1 and are coming off a week in which they won three games in seven days, with wins over Lawrence, UW-Oshkosh and previously unbeaten, UW-Stevens Point.
This week, UD travels to UW-Platteville on Wednesday to take on the Pioneers at 5:00 p.m. before beginning American Rivers Conference play on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. when they host crosstown rival, Loras College.
