UD Wrestlers Head to A-R-C Duals

WAVERLY, Iowa – The University of Dubuque wrestling team heads to the 2019 American Rivers Conference Duals on Saturday for three matches in Waverly, Iowa, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The Spartans head into the American Rivers Conference Duals with a 9-3 overall record and a 1-1 mark in A-R-C matches, tied with three others for fourth place in the conference. UD will be joined in Waverly by host and #3 Wartburg, #12 Central and Buena Vista.
#3 Wartburg is just one of three unbeaten teams remaining in the A-R-C with a 3-0 record. The Knights have a 10-1 record overall with their lone loss coming at the NWCA National Duals to Johnson and Wales University.
#12 Central sits at 8-1 overall and 1-1 in the A-R-C, with their lone loss coming at the hand of #10 Coe College in a 19-16 defeat. Meanwhile, Buena Vista is at the bottom of the A-R-C standing after dropping their first three conference duals and are 3-5 overall.

Round 2 (Approximately 10:45-11:00 a.m.)

Mat 2: Wartburg vs. UD

Mat 2: Central vs. UD
