DUBUQUE, Iowa – The University of Dubuque’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts presents 30 Neo-Futurist Plays from Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind (30 Plays in 60 Minutes), directed by Greg Wolf, director of theatre.

Having opened in 1988 and still playing today as the longest-running show in Chicago history, Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind is an ensemble experiment in presenting 30 plays in 60 minutes. Actors will perform 30 two-minute plays in 60 minutes! An interactive audience picks the order throughout this energetic and unique show – so every night is different. And just to keep the pressure on, an onstage 60-minute timer keeps everyone honest.
