Volleyball Swept by Marian

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque volleyball team start to the weekend didn't begin the way they had anticipated and were swept in straight sets 23-25, 18-25, 22-25. Rylee Andresen led the attack with 10 kills and Kendra Witte finished with seven. Kate Messino ended the night with 27 set assists, Jenne Runde had 22 digs and Grace Strawser collected 15 digs.

The Spartans continue play on Saturday at Carroll University in the Van Male Fieldhouse in Waukesha, Wis. in the Carroll Triangular with host Carroll and Lawrence University.
