DUBUQUE, Iowa - After dominant performances at the opening meet of the 2019-20 indoor track and field season, Alison Beeman and Caroline Ferguson picked up American Rivers Conference Performers of the Week honors for their effort at the Battle of the Bluff.

She also made her first career appearance and took home the title in the high jump, beating out five other competitors with a best jump of 1.57m. Beeman just missed out a third title in the day, finishing second in the 55m dash in 7.35 and second as a part of the 4x400 relay. This is the second time Beeman has been honored as Indoor Track Performer of the Week.
