2020 Solomon W. Butler Classic Men's Results

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque women's and men's track and field teams both placed second in the University of Dubuque Solomon W. Butler Classic on Saturday. All the teams braved challenging weather conditions to arrive in Dubuque, but a short delay to the start and all the teams made it safe to the Key City. Once inside the fans were able to watch some stiff competition in every event.

The Spartans would collect four wins on the women's side and five wins on the men's side to help UD place second overall in women's (168 points) and men's results (165 points). Loras would capture both titles.

UD will travel next week to compete in the University of Northern Iowa Jack Jennett Open in the UNI-Dome on Thursday, Jan. 23 (Pentathlon/Heptathlon) and Friday, Jan. 24 in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
