Women's Basketball Dominate Lumberjills

WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. - The University of Dubuque women's basketball team jumped out a quick halftime lead 53-36 against the Northland College Lumberjills. UD would maintain the effort and finish the Wednesday night contest with a 95-75 victory played at a nuetral site of Just a Game Fieldhouse. Unfortunately the scoring laptop when down at the start and no official boxscore was available at the conlcusion of the game.

Leading the Spartans in scoring was Jaden Kelley who finished with 31 points. Tabria Thomas added 16 alongside teammate Kennedy Litvinoff who finished with 16 points and sank all six of her fre throw attempts. Fourteen Spartans saw action in the win. 

UD will travel to play Augustana College on Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. in Rock Island, Ill. before starting their conference play on Nov. 26 at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa at 6:30 p.m.
