DUBUQUE, Iowa – Actor Darryl Van Leer and comedian Tommy Ryman will kick off the University of Dubuque Heritage Center’s Spring 2021 Live at Heritage Center Performing Arts Series in March.

“More Than a Pipe Dream: A Socially Distanced Season” offers paid livestream access to performances via ticketed admission for the general public. In-person performances are restricted to only UD faculty, staff, and students this season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Heritage Center will take numerous additional steps to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guest artists. Audiences will be limited to around 325 patrons, or approximately one-third theater capacity, in John and Alice Butler Hall. Theater doors will open 60 minutes prior to showtime to allow ample time for seating, and performances will not include intermissions. Face coverings will be required.

A Livestream Subscription bundle of $49 is available for all five paid livestreams this season – a 25 percent discount. The first two livestreams are early March.
