Introducing University of Dubuque's Corrine Amazon Locker

Spartans can find an Amazon Hub Locker right here on campus now. Amazon lockers are secure, self-service kiosks available 24/7. You can select Corrine as your delivery address and pick up your orders at that location by using the Amazon Shopping app on your phone.

How do I ship my package to Corrine locker?

  • First, add Corrine to your Amazon address book.
  • Go into your account and select Your Addresses then add a New Pickup Location.
  • Select your country of delivery as United States and type the zip code 52001.
  • Search for Amazon Locker - Corrine (University of Dubuque - Dubuque) and add it to your address book.
  • Then, during checkout, select Corrine as your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered, Amazon will send you a confirmation email.

Where can I find the locker on campus?
You can find Corrine behind the mailbox room, second floor of Heritage Center.

Do I need the Amazon Shopping app on my smartphone?
The Amazon Shopping app is required, and your Bluetooth must be turned on.

How do I pick up my package from Corrine?

  • When you are at the locker, open your delivery confirmation email and
    select Start Pickup or go to Your Orders in the Amazon Shopping app.
  • Select Track Package.
  • To connect to the locker, select Start Pickup.
  • Once you're connected, select Open Locker.
  • The locker slot will open, and you can take out your package.

How long do I have to pick up my package?
You have three calendar days (not business days!) to pick up your package. If you're not able to collect your package within this timeframe, it will be returned for a refund.

Can someone else pick up my package for me?
Yes! Simply forward the delivery confirmation email to your proxy (the person picking up your package) and instruct them to follow the directions for picking up. They will need to have the Amazon Shopping app on their phone.

How much does using a locker cost?
There is no additional cost to use an Amazon Hub Locker.

Can I return an item through the locker?
Yes. If your item is eligible to be returned to a locker, you will see Amazon Hub Locker as a dropoff option during the returns process on Amazon.com. If you have a return label, the package can be dropped off at the Campus Post Office and Print Room.

Are there limits to what I can get delivered to the locker?
Yes, but it depends on the package. Generally, most packages can be delivered and picked up from the Amazon Hub Locker. However, if a package is too heavy or too large then the locker will not be a delivery option.

Will the Campus Post Office and Print Room still receive Amazon packages?
Yes! The Campus Post Office and Print Room will always be a delivery option for all your packages. Please note, Campus Post Office and Print Room hours of availability are the same hours as the Heritage Center building and will vary depending on holidays and breaks.
