Drop Off, Pick Up and Parking Information
Please have your child arrive by 12:15 p.m. each day.
Classes begin at 12:30 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.
Please mark all personal belongings with your child's name.
DROPPING STUDENTS OFF... Rain or Shine!
Please park in the lot located at the intersection of University Avenue and McCormick Street. (The entrance to the lot is off McCormick Street.)
NOTE: Crossing guards will be provided to cross McCormick Street or you may walk your child to join class.
The brick plaza, between building #5 and #8 on the map, will be the gathering area for all classes. (These buildings are the Baldwin Dunlap Tech Center and Blades Hall.) Signs for each class will be visible each day on the brick plaza. Have your child join his/her class.
In cases of rain, students will gather in Alumni Hall, building #9 on the map.
PICKING STUDENTS UP... Rain or Shine!
Classes end at 4:00 p.m. Students will return to the brick plaza between buildings #5 and #8 on the map.
NOTE: You must sign-out your child each day with the classroom assistant.
The City of Dubuque requires that you do not park on McCormick Street to pick up your child. There is no curbside pick up after classes. Please park in the McCormick Street parking lot, and walk your child back to your vehicle. Crossing guards will be available at the McCormick Street parking lot to facilitate movement.
In case of rain, students will be picked up in Alumni Hall. You will need to park, enter Alumni Hall, and sign-out your child at the end of the day.
