The University of Dubuque baseball welcomed the sun on Saturday after battling through six snow delays on Friday afternoon. The Spartans finished the final inning of Friday's game two on Saturday and captured the victory 5-2 over the Simpson College Storm before the two teams could began the original scheduled Saturday doubleheader. UD would drop the third game of the series 3-1 before rallying late in the fourth game to capture a hard fought 11-9 victory.
